The Secret Power of Energy - Bali Yoga Holiday
Venue: Melati Cottages
Ubud-
Bali
Regular practies of Dragon’s Tears will dramatically impact your life, clearing stagnant energy and strengthening the body as well as enhancing perception, health and longevity.
Visually the fluidity of the form bears some resemblance to ancient Chinese Qi Gong and Kung Fu styles but it has its own distinctive power. Once you reach a level of fluidity with the practise, your body will appear to be rotating on many axes at once, yet the directional path of each movement will remain clear and unbroken from the central point to the extremities.
Compliment the practice of Dragon’s Tears with a morning Yoga and Meditation practice and an optional evening Yin-Style Yoga session aimed at continuing to promote the flow of energy through the body’s energetic pathways, releasing stored tension and cultivating a greater sense of clarity and wholeness within the body, the mind, and the heart.
Dragon’s Tears with the Nagual Lujan Matus
My name is Lujan Matus. The lineage that I am immersed in is based on the transmission of awareness that is found in the deepest reservoirs of one’s heart. Connecting us; individually and collectively, on the level of intention. The Dragon’s Tears series is the first part of an ancient movement and energetic practice which I was introduced to more than 25 years ago. Until recently these powerful and sacred practices were never made available to the public. I now offer this teaching to you.Yoga with Rachael Freeland
